Introduction
Welcome to TripWrip (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our website at tripwrip.com and engaging our visa consultancy or travel package services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
Services
TripWrip provides visa facilitation and travel consultancy services. We assist clients in preparing and submitting visa applications to the relevant embassies and consulates. We are not an embassy, consulate, or government body, and we have no authority over visa approval decisions.
All visa approvals and rejections are solely at the discretion of the relevant government authority. TripWrip does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances.
Fees & Payments
Government visa fees (MRV fees, SEVIS fees, consulate fees) are paid directly to the relevant government authority and are separate from TripWrip's service fee. Government fees are non-refundable regardless of the outcome of your application.
TripWrip's service fee is communicated transparently before any engagement begins. Our fee covers consultation, document preparation, DS-160 filing, appointment coordination, and interview coaching as applicable to your visa type.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information and documents. TripWrip shall not be liable for rejections, delays, or legal consequences arising from inaccurate or fraudulent information provided by the client.
All prior visa rejections must be disclosed to TripWrip and declared on visa application forms as required. Concealment of prior rejections can result in permanent inadmissibility to the destination country.
Refund Policy
TripWrip's service fee refund policy is communicated individually based on the service engaged. In general, fees for completed work (document review, DS-160 preparation, appointment booking) are non-refundable. Please discuss refund terms with your assigned executive before payment.
Limitation of Liability
TripWrip's liability is limited to the service fee paid. We are not responsible for losses, damages, travel costs, or consequential losses arising from visa rejections, delays in processing, or changes in embassy/consulate policies.
Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Changes to Terms
TripWrip reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
